Sotomayor’s Supreme Charade. Confronted with her disturbing racially oriented past statements, Judge Sonia Sotomayor had an excuse that only a liberal activist jurist could make: She meant the opposite of what she said.

We live in a world which has surpassed ‘1984′ now that that year has gone by.  We are made to believe that Sonia Sotomayor didn’t say what she said; that Cap and Trade will save the environment; that a new government healthcare system will be more solvent than the old one (Medicare); and that jobs are saved because we bail out banks and auto companies.

With a little pixie dust and a good dose of Harry Potter we’ll have 4% growth in the Fourth Quarter this year.  And Sonia Sotomayor will truly become the stealth pro-life candidate some though she might be.
