Joe Lieberman says healthcare bill not possible because of Democrats.

Joe Lieberman healthcare billJoe Lieberman discusses why Democrats cannot get the 60 votes needed a healthcare bill passed. Obama’s healthcare plan is in trouble because Harry Reid and the Democrats in the Senate can’t get the votes. Jay Rockefeller in this video says it’s because Republicans are “withholding their votes.” Joe Lieberman counters that and says that they can get 60 votes if Harry Reid would “stop adding to the bill and start subtracting” to get agreement across the aisle.

Joe Lieberman describes what it will need to be removed from the healthcare bill for anything to come out of the Senat by the end of December of 2009.
