Bill Ritter believes web video is “polarizing”

Jim Pfaff, Publisher of OpinionTimes.com analyzes Bill Ritter’s recent discussion at University of Denver where he says that web video of elected officials is “polarizing us.” And he bemoans the “risk” that politicians take being in the public when people will be recording their comments. Should we be concerned for him? I think not, and I explain why here.
