Voters remain strongly convinced that their fellow countrymen go to the polls without being fully aware of what is at stake.
The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone and online survey finds that only 12% of Likely U.S. Voters believe that most Americans are informed voters. Seventy-six percent (76%) disagree, while another 12% are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
The survey of 1,000 Likely Voters was conducted on September 24-25, 2017 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC. See methodology.
